Display Set-Up and Pack-Out Guidelines

Display Set-up

• Please note that nothing can be fixed to the venue structure
• No painting is permitted without prior permission. Drop sheets must be used.
• No pins, nails, tape or tacks are to be used on any surface. Blu Tack® is the only approved method for affixing materials.
• Tape used by contractors for marking out of floor plans must not leave any adhesive residue on the carpet or floors.
• No sawing, drilling etc. will be allowed on any floor surface. Only small works can be completed and floor covers must be used.
• Materials used in stand construction and design must be fire retardant.
• Any amplification on stands must not interfere with adjacent exhibitor.

Display Pack-out

During your exhibition the National Convention Centre operations staff will visit each stand to discuss pack-out arrangements with exhibitors.
