Who owns the National Convention Centre (NCC)?

The centre is owned by the ACT Government and managed by IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group).

What are the Opening Hours?

The National Convention Centre’s reception desk is open at all times throughout an event, with standard opening hours from 8.00am – 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Are there ATM’s located in the National Convention Centre?

Yes, a Cashcard ATM is located just inside the front entry in the foyer  of the National Convention Centre.

Does the NCC have undercover car parking?

Yes, parking is available underneath the National Convention Centre for 260 cars, with internal lift access from the top level. For more information on parking, please click here or contact our Reception Team.

Is there disabled access?

Yes, there is disabled access inside the NCC, as well as ramps located on the Constitution Avenue and Glebe Park entrances to the building and disabled accessible lifts in the car park.

How do I purchase tickets for a concert at the Royal Theatre?

Tickets for events that are being held in the Royal Theatre can be purchased from Ticketek. Ticketek also operates a box office at the National Convention Centre during each concert. Contact Ticketek on 132 849 or visit their website www.ticketek.com.au

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, there is a cloakroom situated at reception.

Who is the Centre’s audio visual supplier?

The National Convention Centre’s preferred audio visual supplier is Staging Connections, who have an office on-site.

How do I get a taxi?

A taxi rank is located at the National Convention Centre entrance as well as a convenient Cab Spot destination. This can be booked by our complimentary taxi phone.

How long does it take to get to the airport?

Getting to the airport via car will take around 15-30 minutes depending on traffic

Where is the coach drop-off point?

There is a bus bay located on Coranderrk Street.

Where is Crowne Plaza Canberra?

The Crowne Plaza Canberra is located approximately 2 minutes walk from the centre. Walk up City Walk and you can access the Crowne Plaza Canberra via the stairway on your right, opposite the newsagent.

Is there a nearby Day Spa?
