Logistics
Display and Set-up
- No structure can be fixed to the venue structure
- No painting is permitted without prior permission. Drop sheets must be used.
- No pins, nails, tape or tacks are to be used on any surface. Blu Tack® is the only approved method for affixing materials.
- Tape used by contractors for marking out of floor plans must not leave any adhesive residue on the carpet or floors.
- No sawing, drilling etc. will be allowed on any floor surface. Only small works can be completed and floor covers must be used.
- Materials used in stand construction and design must not be readily ignitable.
- Any amplification on stands must not interfere with adjacent exhibitor.
Pack-out
During an exhibition National Convention Centre operations staff will visit each stand to discuss pack-out arrangements with exhibitors. All goods must be removed at the completion of the event as the Centre is unable to store any goods after an event ends. 
Deliveries
- The National Convention Centre will not accept responsibility for the security of any items delivered in the absence of the exhibitor or the exhibition organiser.
- All exhibition goods sent to the National Convention Centre should be marked with the specified delivery label.
- Arrangements should be made for goods to arrive on the exhibitor pack-in day, or the first working day prior to the pack-in day. Goods may be stored up to one working day before the event.
- Deliveries will only be accepted during the following times: 8:00am to 12:00pm, and 1:00pm to 4:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
