The Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) is Australia’s premier sports training institute for Australia’s sporting elite and was designed to develop and train athletes to compete on a national and international level.  The AIS is internationally acclaimed for its world-class facilities, exemplary coaching staff and sports science sports medicine services.

Take an inspiring 90 minute tour with an elite athlete to get an insight into life at the institute and test your athletic skills in the fun interactive Sportex exhibition. Home to some of Australia’s current and future Olympians, the AIS celebrates Australia’s proud sporting culture and has shaped some of the best sporting people such as Mark Viduka, Lauren Jackson, Glenn McGrath and Louise Sauvage.
