Mark Tarlinton

Mark has worked at the National Convention Centre since 1999. Mark began his National Convention Centre career in the Kitchen as a Chef de Partie and worked his way through to Executive Sous Chef. In 2006 Mark gave his Chef’s outfit away and became the Centre’s Floor Operations Manager. Mark’s experience and knowledge make him an integral part of the team.
