Who owns the National Convention Centre (NCC)?
The NCC is owned by the ACT Government.
What are the Opening Hours?
The NCC reception is open from 8.30am – 5.00pm.
Are there ATM’s located in the National Convention Centre?
There are no ATM’s located inside the National Convention Centre, the closest being located at Casino Canberra, approximately a 2 minute walk.
Does the NCC have undercover car parking?
Parking for 260 cars, with internal lift access from the top level, is available underneath the National Convention Centre.
Is there Disabled access?
Yes, there is disabled access inside the NCC, as well as ramps located around the front and back of the building and disabled accessible lifts in the car park.
How do I purchase tickets for a concert at the Royal Theatre?
Tickets for events that are being held in the Royal Theatre can be purchased from Ticketek. Contact Ticketek on 132 849 or visit their website www.ticketek.com.au
Is there a cloakroom?
Yes, there is a cloakroom situated at reception.
