IHG is on a journey to becoming one of the very best companies in the world with a purpose of creating great hotels guests love. To do this, we have to do what the very best companies in the world do. One of these things is having a shared understanding between us about how we act and behave with our customers and with each other.

Our Winning Ways tries to capture this and the essence of who we are and what we believe in. Our Winning Ways is a framework to help influence the way we work by guiding how we act and behave. They create an impression that makes our guests want to return, and helps our colleagues enjoy their work by encouraging our Winning Ways through links with rewards and recognition programs.

Our Winning Ways was created through consultation with over 1000 of our employees and 70 workshops across the world and they told us what they liked about working for IHG. This is where our Winning Ways were born; from us.
